Ironshore International announces the appointment of Astrid O’Reilly to underwrite Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) coverage, based in its Singapore office.

Ironshore International announces the appointment of Astrid O’Reilly to underwrite Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) coverage, based in its Singapore office. She will oversee Ironshore’s M&A insurance offerings and services throughout the Asian region. Ms. O’Reilly was an underwriter for M&A business lines in Ironshore’s London office. She also is a corporate lawyer which makes her a well qualified fit for underwriting coverage for corporate transactions.
