Southampton A.C.O Announces Andrew F. McBride, III Esq. As Acting General Counsel

The Southampton Accountable Care Organization has recently enlisted Andrew F. McBride, III Esq. as acting general counsel. The Southampton A.C.O was established by Infinity Medical Equipment Services’ Lee Ropiak to organize local primary healthcare professionals on the east end of Long Island.

Southampton A.C.O announces Andrew F. McBride, III Esq. to be appointed as acting general counsel. The Long Island Accountable Care Organization is still looking to fill two vacancies on the board for Director of Data Analytics and Network Manager.

McBride brings with him a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry. Currently a partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, he has extensive experience in general health care legal matters including integrated healthcare provider organizations, mergers and acquisitions, professional staff and health care antitrust matters.

Southampton ACO is actively searching the local medical community to fill the positions of Executive Director and VP Medical Director. The remaining two vacancies of Director of Data Analytics and Network Manager will be addressed shortly after,” stated Lee Ropiak, Project Manager for Southampton A.C.O.

Medicare and private insurance companies are demanding higher quality care with lower cost and accountability. The Southampton A.C.O. aims to meet this demand by organizing a group of local health care providers who will voluntarily collaborate together to provide high quality care to patients.

Southampton A.C.O is currently looking within a local pool of physicians and other health professionals to fill remaining vacancies on the board.
