Southampton A.C.O announces Andrew F. McBride, III Esq. to be appointed as acting general counsel. The Long Island Accountable Care Organization is still looking to fill two vacancies on the board for Director of Data Analytics and Network Manager.
McBride brings with him a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry. Currently a partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, he has extensive experience in general health care legal matters including integrated healthcare provider organizations, mergers and acquisitions, professional staff and health care antitrust matters.
