Young America has announced the addition of a new customer contact center in Mexico. The company will maintain core customer contact center operations in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, with a reduced footprint.

Young America, one of the largest engagement marketing agencies in the country, has announced the addition of a new customer contact center in Mexico. The company will maintain core customer contact center operations in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, with a reduced footprint.

“Our clients are asking us to deliver lower-cost alternatives for customer care and localized experiences for their Spanish-speaking customers. This center meets both needs without going off-shore—a critical factor in maintaining our award-winning quality standards. I’m excited about helping our clients create extraordinary customer experiences without requiring extraordinary budgets to do it,” said Chris Behrens, the company’s interim President and CEO.

The new center leverages the Young America’s quality controls and technology in a facility managed by a long-standing strategic partner, headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Young America initiated a multi-phase test and migration plan with selected clients in May 2013. The center was fully-optimized in September 2013.
