HigherGround was awarderd a GSA IT contract for providing call recording solutions to federal, state & local government.

HigherGround, Inc., a premier developer of call recording, agent evaluation and reporting tools, received a General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 Contract award in the final quarter of the government’s fiscal year. The company’s call center solutions are now available to federal, state, and local government buyers through GSA IT Schedule Contract Number GS-35F-513AA.

The GSA IT Schedule 70 contract is ideal, as it cuts down on the procurement process for our buyers and can be used by both federal and state/local government.”

HigherGround enlisted the services of government contract consultant, Federal Schedules, Inc., to provide subject matter expertise and assist with the GSA Schedule proposal process. The company’s GSA IT Schedule Contract is valid through August 19, 2018 and may be extended to 2033 with three five-year extension options.

HigherGround is approved by the General Services Administration to provide solutions under the following GSA IT Schedule Special Item Numbers (SINs):

  •     132-8 Purchase of New Equipment
  •     132-50 Training Courses
  •     132-12 Maintenance of Equipment and Repair Services

Pending GSA approval, HigherGround plans to make their call recording applications available through their GSA IT Schedule Contract. HigherGround’s award-winning Capture911 and Quality911 applications have been installed in over 1,000 PSAPs and government agencies.
