More than four fifths of the UK’s leading hotels (82%) have received guest complaints due to the lack of innovative technology on their premises. This is one of the findings from research carried out by Guest-tek™, the world’s largest provider of IP-based technology solutions for the hospitality industry.

Almost nine in ten IT professionals surveyed in luxury hotels across the country (86%) believe guests would be more satisfied with their stays if the hotel offered the optimal High Speed Internet (HSIA) solutions on the market today. More than three quarters of respondents (76%) also feel that providing the most up-to-date HSIA is absolutely vital, as their guests expect the latest technology.
