Senior Management Team transitions will enhance company's focus on innovative technology solutions for business processes.

DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of global business services, today announced two key changes to its Senior Management Team designed to enhance the company’s focus on innovative technology solutions for business processes.

Nina Brown, previously Director of Business Engineering, has been promoted to DATAMARK’s Senior Management Team as Director of Engineering. In this new senior management role, Brown will oversee the company’s Software Development and Validation Department and the Business Engineering Department.

“We’re pleased to welcome Nina to the Senior Management Team in the new position of Director of Engineering,” said DATAMARK President Bill Randag. “Nina’s strengths in software development and technology deployment, as well as her project management experience, are invaluable to us as we deliver innovative technology-based solutions such as business process automation and cloud-based contact center services.”

In addition, Matt Lochausen, previously Vice President of Business Transformation with responsibility over the Business Engineering and Transition Management departments, will take on the role of Vice President of Information Technology. Responsibilities for the Transition Management department will shift to Senior Management Team member and Director of Global Operations, Ceasar Casas.

“We’re welcoming Matt back to the role of Vice President of IT--he served in this position at DATAMARK several years ago, when he led a major upgrade of IT infrastructure at the company,” Randag said. “Matt has more than 23 years of experience with the company and clearly understands our vision for growth into new business services and new industry verticals.

“Ceasar Casas will now oversee Transition Management. His strong background in Six Sigma, business process management systems (BPMS) and project governance make him an excellent choice for leading seamless transitions of clients’ business processes to DATAMARK.”

Brown has been with DATAMARK for nearly 14 years, joining the company as a software developer in 2000. She later served in a number of roles at DATAMARK, including Systems Engineer, Client Services Manager and Project Manager. In 2012 she was promoted to Director of Business Engineering. An ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Brown has led numerous business process re-engineering projects and has overseen the deployment of new software technologies and business process improvements for DATAMARK’s Fortune 500 clients.

Lochausen has been with DATAMARK for more than 23 years and has had responsibilities in nearly every aspect of the company’s operations. He previously held the position of Vice President of IT from 2002 to 2005, during which he oversaw the conversion of the company’s network to an all-Cisco infrastructure.

Casas joined DATAMARK in 2010 as a Business Development Leader, bringing with him an extensive background in global business development, project management, and supply chain management. In 2011 he was promoted to Director of Global Operations, responsible for over 2,000 personnel at DATAMARK’s processing centers in the U.S., Mexico and India.
