According to the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Climb Real Estate Group has three agents ranked in the top 100 for all residential property types for January 2013 through June 2013. These sales include single-family homes like 175 Carl Street, 849 Moultrie Street, and 316 Bocana Street; condominiums like 338 Spear Street #39A (The Infinity), 235 Berry Street #709, and 55 Page Street #615; and lofts like 590 6th Street #209 (The Flower Market Lofts), 2002 Third Street #108, and 1097 Howard Street #201 and #202. In order of total sales volume, Climb’s top agents are Mark Choey, Danielle Lazier, and Todd Montgomery.
Climb Top Producer and co-founder Mark Choey has a long history of high performance, and comes in at #14 among San Francisco agents for total sales volume, with over $23.6 million dollars in buyer- and seller-represented condo, loft, TIC and home sales. In number of sales completed, Choey ranks eleventh for owner-represented sales (tie) and thirteenth in buyer-represented sales (tie). He has been a top producer at Climb every year since its founding, and is the #1 lifetime agent at The Infinity (by number of sales and volume). Sales Director Danielle Lazier joined Climb earlier this year from Zephyr Real Estate and is already ranked as one of their top agents. Lazier is ranked 30th among all San Francisco agents by sales volume, with over $18.1 million dollars in buyer-and owner-represented sales in Q1 and Q2 2013. She also had the second-most buyer represented sales among all the agents in San Francisco, and the second-highest number of total sales transactions. Lazier ranked 15th in owner-represented sales. She is also the founder of real estate blog SFhotlist.com, and was one of the city’s first real estate bloggers.
Top Producer Todd Montgomery has quickly risen to the top of the real estate echelon. Previously with Bridgepointe Group in San Jose, he moved to Climb to focus on San Francisco real estate exclusively. He also has his own real estate website, at SFCityCondos.com, and is ranked #59 among the top 100 agents in San Francisco by sales volume. Todd Montgomery was tied for the tenth-highest number of buyer-represented sales in the city, for all types of residential real estate (condos, lofts, single-family homes, and TICs). As a resident real estate agent at One Hawthorne, he has been the top outside sales agent at One Hawthorne in downtown San Francisco since the building opened.
