The Napa Valley Film Festival (NVFF) is set to return for its third year and will kick-off all festival events in Downtown Napa at the Napa Valley Opera House. The festival will take place November 13 – 17, 2013. Festival guests are encouraged to book overnight accommodations in the City of Napa, as Napa will be the main hub for all NVFF events.
