“Jim’s broad industry and leadership experience makes him the perfect executive to drive these strategic discussions regarding our licensing business,” said Prosper CEO Gary Drenik.

U.S. analytics software company Prosper Technologies has appointed Jim Follett, formerly CEO of Authentic Response, Inc., as a strategic advisor for its InsightCenter™ licensing initiatives. Jim will develop arrangements with both information companies to enhance and extend their current data offerings, and professional services firms to create white-labeled, analytic capabilities to strengthen their consulting practices.

Prosper’s proprietary InsightCenter technology has been built to integrate data from virtually any source. Its “Smart Data Calc Tool” applies unique algorithms within the system and performs complex mathematical equations automatically as data is refreshed, serving up “Smart Data Apps.” These can be used to aid in predicting markets, understanding consumer segments and developing core business strategies. The technology can be licensed as a shell in which companies supply their own data and algorithms, pre-packaged with Smart Data Apps and information from the Prosper Data Vault (which already houses millions of market and consumer data points), or a combination of the two.

“Jim’s broad industry and leadership experience makes him the perfect executive to drive these strategic discussions regarding our licensing business,” said Prosper CEO Gary Drenik. “He knows the marketing information industry like the back of his hand, and this knowledge coupled with his passion is essential in seeking out the most favorable relationships for Prosper Technologies’ solution-driven technology platform.”

Jim has a proven track record of 30+ years of leadership in both global marketing information services and consumer packaged goods. His experience as a strategic and operational leader, as well as his passion for marketing information services and driving value and growth, will help guide Prosper’s advancement in the information software licensing space. Jim has served in roles as CEO or COO for the world’s leading technology enabled insight solutions companies (Authentic Response, Survey Sampling, Medsite, NOP World, Information Resources, Inc. (IRI).

“I am excited to work with the Prosper Technologies team to drive deeper client value with their world class capabilities. The InsightCenter platform and data assets are the perfect combination to leverage the inherent potential of Big Data and Analytics to deliver the descriptive, prescriptive and predictive insights and resultant actions that will drive client growth and profitability,” said Jim Follett.
