Joining Ventureforth are Kevin Kling, Director of Asset Lifecycle Management Solutions; Charles Kalajian, Mobility Sales Account Executive; Pramod Rao, Software Development Manager; and Mike Bland, Senior Architect.
Kevin Kling, Director of Asset Lifecycle Management Solutions
Kling joins Ventureforth after 9 years at Oracle, where he helped define Oracle’s strategic direction for asset lifecycle management solutions including eAM, JDE, and PeopleSoft. His background includes over 20 years in asset lifecycle management. Kling attended Orange Coast College and was a ballistic missile technician onboard submarines for the US Navy.
Charles Kalajian, Mobility Account Executive
Kalajian joins Ventureforth after 11 years at Syclo (later acquired by SAP) where he was responsible for mobile software sales to enterprise accounts and public sector industries. With over 23 years of software sales experience, Kalajian brings a proven track record of partnering with customers to deliver quantifiable results. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Pramod Rao, Software Development Manager
Rao joins Ventureforth after 5 years at McKesson, where he led a software team responsible for developing a next-generation health information system for large hospitals (>90 beds). He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore and his MBA from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
Mike Bland, Senior Architect
Bland joins Ventureforth after 5 years at WebMD, where he was Vice President of Web Development. Previously, Bland served as Director of Development at AutoTrader.com and Development Manager at Ventyx (formerly Indus) and TSW International. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Essex.
