Foundation Financial Group has received a 2013 Hire Power Award from Inc. Magazine. The financial services corporation has been deemed one of Inc.’s real heroes of the American economy for its contribution to job creation in the private sector.

“We are remarkably proud to be named a Hire Power,” said James Brodsky, chief human resources officer. “Foundation Financial Group is always interested in hiring and developing new talent. As our corporation expands across the nation, we get excited about offering not just jobs, but new career opportunities. America is slowly making a comeback, and FFG is honored to be part of our country’s success.”

Collectively, the Hire Power honorees created 51,327 jobs in 18 months. This year marks the second year that Inc. Magazine has bestowed Hire Power Awards to acknowledge American companies with growing workforces. Award categories included Most Jobs Created in the US, Most Jobs Created by State, Most Jobs Created by Industry, Highest Employee Growth Percentage, and Highest Employee Growth by Revenue Category. The November issue of Inc. Magazine will celebrate the achievements of Hire Power companies. A categorized database of winners is available on the Inc. website.

Both profit and non-profit private companies based in the United States were eligible for the 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award. Nominated companies must have been founded before Jan. 1, 2012 and maintain a staff with a minimum of 10 full-time U.S. employees. Hire Power applicants submitted an Employee Verification Report to confirm employment figures.

Foundation Financial Group was also recognized by Inc. Magazine earlier in the year for corporate growth. The prestigious magazine has included FFG on its exclusive Inc. 500 | 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies for three consecutive years.
