Park enthusiasts can take home a piece of Dutch Wonderland at an auction on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. The auction, facilitated by Jennings Auction Group, will feature more than 150 items that the park no longer needs for operation.
Items up for auction include ride components from the decommissioned Ferris Windmill ride; game elements; miscellaneous restaurant and kitchen equipment, a player piano; and more.
“This is a great opportunity for local residents, park enthusiasts and other attractions to own a piece of Dutch Wonderland,” said Rick Stammel, General Manager of Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park. “There are pieces up for sale that may hold some nostalgic value for families or perhaps some items that will help other companies and attractions with their business.”
Jennings Auction Group will facilitate the public auction on Monday, November 4 at 10 a.m. The auction will take place at Wonderland Mini Golf, located adjacent to Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park, located at 2249 Lincoln Highway East.
