HOLLOWAY AMERICA recently announced it will exhibit at PROCESS EXPO 2013, North America’s largest trade show dedicated to the food and beverage industry. Representatives will be available to discuss the company’s custom fabrication capabilities as well as how HOLLOWAY pressure vessels, tank components and YOURSITE™ Field Services can aid in streamlining procedures and increasing production output. Director of Sales Alan Lea is looking forward to talking with food and beverage professionals from around the globe: “The great thing about PROCESS EXPO is you meet so many professionals from all over the world, and each one represents a company with unique challenges. That’s a great opportunity for HOLLOWAY, because we specialize in engineering and fabricating one-of-kind stainless steel solutions.”

This year, the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) has scheduled the biennial PROCESS EXPO at McCormick Place, North and South Halls, in Chicago, Ill. from Sunday, November 3 – Wednesday, November 6. Lea and other HOLLOWAY representatives will be located at Booth 4045, near the center of all exhibitors in the North Hall, Level 3. Lea invites attendees to “visit the HOLLOWAY booth and ask how our craftsmen create machines, mixing equipment and other tanks and components that regularly outperform the expectations of our clients in the food and beverage industry.”

With more than 400 leading companies from the packaging and processing equipment industries slated to exhibit as well as numerous educators from respected universities' food science programs scheduled to lead mini-courses at the PROCESS EXPO University, attendance to the 3-day event is expected to reach upward of 10,000 people. After participating in mini-courses, attendees will have the opportunity to immediately discuss with exhibitors the latest technologies related to the given course. For example, Lea pointed out, “those who take the ‘Designing Safe Food Processes,’ course [led by Andreia Bianchini of the University of Nebraska], can meet with our representatives and ask about safety solutions for food processes, such as the latest in stainless fermenter tanks and heating and cooling tanks.”

Attendees can anticipate many other benefits as well. PROCESS EXPO 2013 features the single-biggest gathering of processing and packaging equipment manufacturers prepared to offer and discuss products and services for the food and beverage industry. The event is known for showcasing the latest technology for the industry. Attendees can also find solutions for every step of the supply chain—from processing and production to packaging and distribution.

Asked what he and other HOLLOWAY representatives enjoy most about PROCESS EXPO, Lea stated, “At HOLLOWAY, we share a collective obsession with fabricating stainless steel solutions to perfection. Attending shows like PROCESS EXPO 2013 gives us the opportunity to delve deep into the details of stainless fabrication while learning about the specific needs of individual processing companies. We wouldn’t miss that for anything.”
