Tablets allow sales consultants to spend more time collaborating with their clients and less time looking for information, improving the experience for both our team and our customers.
Cardiff (PRWEB UK) 6 November 2013
A number of studies have shown that tablets have quickly become the go-to device for sales professionals, offering not only increased revenue for the company but also happier and better informed customers.
To continue developing its technology, PHS Waterlogic, Europe's largest supplier of water coolers, has now presented its sales consultants with brand new Samsung tablets, offering the team immediate access to product information.
Using the tablet as an interactive tool to present sales material, the consultants will benefit from quicker and seamless communication with customers. With the new tablets, they can present brochures, price grids, product images and demonstrations at the touch of a screen.
This will allow the sales consultants to answer any questions about PHS Waterlogic water dispensers in an instant, reducing the time spent searching for the necessary information and greatly improving customer experience.
The tablets also come with a live CRM system which will enable the team to update customer information in real time. The tablet computers provide the ability to search for content easily, filter and sort and access customer profile and order history data quickly.
David Matthews, Managing Director of PHS Waterlogic said: “Our tablet launch demonstrates that PHS Waterlogic is continuing to lead the way in the water dispensing industry, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of our mind.
“Tablets allow sales consultants to spend more time collaborating with their clients and less time looking for information, improving the experience for both our team and our customers.
“We not only look forward to offering PHS Waterlogic products in a newly visual and interactive way, but also seeing the benefits for our prospective clients.”
