For the second consecutive year Fiddler’s Creek, a luxurious master-planned community, has been honored with the prestigious “Community of the Year” Sand Dollar Award from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA). The award was presented before more than 250 people attending a recent awards presentation in Naples.
“Community of the Year” is one of the highest honors bestowed by the CBIA each year and recognizes the quality of design of the Fiddler’s Creek overall amenity package. It also evaluates the recreation provided, including clubhouse, golf, tennis and swimming facilities as well as outdoor use amenities, such as paths, gazebos and sculptures that add to the overall quality of the community. The evaluation involves a formal application and an onsite visit by judges.
This year, the Sand Dollar Awards were divided into three categories by home pricing. Fiddler’s Creek was rated as the best among residential communities priced from $500,000 to $1 million.
