It is an incredible honor to be named as one of the award recipients. Learning about new products and trends at KBIS will enhance my ability to serve my clients and help them create beautiful and innovative solutions while maximizing their budgets.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 13, 2013
Courtney Rogers, a Project Designer with Renewal Design-Build of Decatur, GA, has been selected as one of the 30 Under 30 recipients by The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) for the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show 2014 (KBIS®), to be held February 4-6 in Las Vegas.
“We are excited to present our 30 Under 30 young professionals at KBIS 2014 for the second year in a row,” says Nancy Barnes, NKBA Director of Learning. “The program launch in 2013 was a huge success with the group, which included enthusiastic entrepreneurs, forward-thinking CEOs, and cutting-edge designers who are all still in their 20s.”
The goal of the NKBA 30 Under 30 Program is to acknowledge outstanding young professionals, while helping these individuals to immerse and apply themselves to new opportunities for growth and development in support of the industry.
Rogers is an award-winning designer and a 2008 graduate from the University of Georgia, in an NKBA accredited program. She joined Renewal Design-Build in November 2011, and her passion and drive to succeed have contributed to her thriving career with the Atlanta remodeling firm.
Rogers was the recipient of a 2013 Chrysalis Award as well as a 2011 Calla Award (given by the NKBA-GA Chapter). Her work has been featured in numerous printed and online publications such as Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine, Professional Remodeler Magazine and Houzz.com. To fuel her passion, Rogers recently started the design blog a CLeaR design (aCLeaRdesign.blogspot.com), where she highlights current projects, design trends and her own inspirations.
“It is an incredible honor to be named as one of the 30 under 30 recipients by the National Kitchen & Bath Association,” said Rogers. “As a designer, my ability to turn a house into a home for my clients is the most rewarding part of my profession. Learning about new products and trends at KBIS will further enhance my ability to serve my clients and help them create beautiful and innovative solutions while maximizing their budgets.”
On Thursday, February 6, 2014, the group of 30 young professionals will present their findings on the Las Vegas show floor in a featured speaker presentation for KBIS 2014 Conference attendees. They will share the results of their explorations and answer questions from the audience.
