The NRP Group today unveiled plans for The Vue, its new four-story, 348-apartment-community in Beachwood that is scheduled for move-ins beginning in the summer of 2014. While construction at the eight-acre site in Commerce Park began this past spring, details of the project, including its name, have been kept a secret until today.

According to David Heller, the co-founder and principal of The NRP Group, The Vue name was chosen because the new community affords residents with dramatic views of the region, including downtown Cleveland. Designed to specifically cater to busy professionals in the area, The Vue offers a full package of upscale features and amenities. Topping the list of unique metropolitan amenities are the resort-like outdoor heated pool; secluded, lavishly landscaped gardens and relaxing courtyards; an art gallery, a fourth-floor private dining room, Wi-Fi lounge and conference room, concierge desk and a two-story fitness center.

As a reflection of its namesake, The Vue features large windows throughout the community. In total, there are nearly 250,000 square feet of windows to maximize the view in all four directions. Inside, the view is equally as breathtaking, starting with a lobby lounge that features a fireplace and fountain that overlooks the pool.

“Our goal was to design a distinctive community unlike any other property available in Northeast Ohio,” said Heller. “We are very proud of the end result, as we were able to combine quality construction materials and a sophisticated, contemporary design with an array of services and conveniences that will appeal to even the most discriminating tastes. With The Vue we are creating an inviting atmosphere that provides a type of city oasis where people can enjoy their passions without ever having to leave the premises.”

One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are available, as well as 16 penthouses, and range in size from 727 square foot to nearly 2000 square feet. Many of the apartments feature patios or balconies. The larger apartments also feature walk-in laundry rooms, two-and-a-half baths, pedestal sinks and a combination stand-up shower and tub, and walk-in closets. All apartments come equipped with a washer and dryer. Residents can choose from standard, premium or penthouse finishes which include wood floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops and quartz vanities.

The Vue offers additional appeal to dog lovers with its enclosed, landscaped dog run and dog washing tubs in the underground parking garage. Parking is plentiful with more than 500 underground and 125 ground-level spaces available, as well as 60 private parking garages in the heated underground garage.

“We did a lot of research to determine what people really want,” said Heller. “We believe The Vue has something for everyone with such unique amenities as a game room lounge with 60” TV and pool table, a dedicated yoga room, bike storage and a Wi-Fi lounge.
