Matrix Solutions Announces 5000+ Users Now Utilizing their Media CRM & Sales Analytics Platform

Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of Media CRM and Sales Analytics, announced today, that 5000+ users are employing their cloud-based CRM & Sales Analytics platform. The initial platform, introduced in November 2011, has gained significant traction in the media industry. Since its launch, Matrix has deployed 3-4 significant product releases a year which have included new functionality such as Matrix Mobile, Matrix University, “What-If” modeling and most recently, Matrix Locker – a document storage module.

Matrix Solutions will continue to develop their platform vision under the leadership of their newly appointed Vice President of Product Management, B.J. Boyle. In this new role, B.J. will focus on leading and delivering the company’s next generation product roadmap. B.J.’s experience in creating effective product development strategies and professional service methodologies that drive value, agility, and predictability for software solutions will be critical qualities in his new role.

Boyle most recently served as Director, Solutions Strategy and Development – Long Term Care for Cerner Corporation, a leading IT company. Prior to that, he served in the role of Director of Product Management and Director of Customer Care/Professional Services for Resource Systems, Inc., a privately owned software company. While at Resource Systems, Inc. he also held roles as Training and Implementation Manager and Senior Implementation Consultant. He holds a MBA in Business Administration from Point Park University and BS in Information Systems & Education from the University of Mount Union.
