Cambridge International introduces a new program to further improve customer service while also giving back to the community. The launch of the program, called “One Wish,” coincides with Cambridge’s annual giving program with the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore, and draws from the success of Cambridge’s strong customer relationships.
Cambridge asks their customers to submit online feedback regarding their Cambridge experience in the form of “wishes.” For every wish received, Cambridge International will donate $1.00 to the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore. While Cambridge ensures their customers’ wishes come true, the donation made on their behalf will help grant the wishes of community members in need.
