Lane is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and focuses on high-rise condo communities in South Beach, Yerba Buena and Mission Bay.

San Francisco-based Climb Real Estate Group is pleased to announce their affiliation with Billy Lane, who will join the real estate team as Sales Associate. An accomplished residential real estate agent, Lane comes to Climb with over 4 years of sales experience in residential general brokerage.

Lane is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and focuses on high-rise condo communities in South Beach, Yerba Buena and Mission Bay. Prior to joining Climb Real Estate Group, Lane was a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker on Lombard Street in San Francisco.

A native of Colorado, Billy Lane is an alumnus of Arizona State University with a BA in Psychology. While attending ASU and shortly thereafter, Billy became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. After teaching English to international students, he moved to Taiwan and Shanghai to pursue his love of language, travel, and culture, and now lives in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs.
