The Groupize PRM is the latest solution in the Groupize Platform and is fully integrated with Groupize Live, the companies white label application that powers group bookings on hotel and travel websites. The PRM includes an automated quoting engine, a quote and proposal generator, and business rules and the ability to communicate directly with the group planner including notes, attachments and action triggered emails.
Individual hotels can obtain the Groupize PRM starting at an introductory price of just $59 per month, a fraction of the cost of current tools in the marketplace. The ease of use and the low price point allows thousand of limited service hotels that previously didn’t have Group sales automation to become automated. Hotels participating in the Groupize Network, the company’s distribution arm, also have complimentary access to the Groupize PRM to manage all group reservations generated by the Network.
