We designed our user-interface, IdentiFlo Management Platform, to help aid our financial industry clients with their compliance needs and the feedback from our existing clients has been overwhelmingly positive.
Louisville, KY (PRWEB) November 22, 2013
Bank and lending institution, Greensburg State Bank, has partnered with Electronic Verification Systems (EVS) to help meet compliance needs and improve identity verification and authentication for current and future customers. EVS’s offering helps to ensure individuals are who they claim to be through the user-interface, IdentiFraud Management Platform.
Greensburg State Bank has strict compliance requirements they must meet. With IdentiFraud Consumer, a financial institution can verify a customer according to their date of birth, social security number, street address and more. It’s also easy to verify that the social security number being used isn’t reported as being deceased. The platform also ensures the individual isn’t on a different government watch list such as OFAC/SDN/PLC. Financial institutions can make use of EVS’ dynamic KBA questions to take the process one step further and ensure that the real account holder is the one attempting to create credentials for accessing the account online or updating information such as password changes.
According to EVS Vice President of Client services, Eric Knapp, “We designed our user-interface, IdentiFlo Management Platform, to help aid our financial industry clients with their compliance needs and the feedback from our existing clients has been overwhelmingly positive.” Knapp states that, “Although Greensburg State Bank just recently partnered with EVS, I can’t wait to get to know them better and look forward to a long lasting relationship.”
“We are always looking at ways to better serve our clients. We will be releasing a new version of our IdentiFlo Management Platform, that will have the ability to perform true driver’s license verification all of which will help make the verification process easier be it for fraud prevention or compliance requirements,” says Knapp.
