CNL Lifestyle Properties' Top Management To Speak At Leveraged Finance Conference

Two top executives of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT), will be speaking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Leveraged Finance Conference in Boca Raton, Fla., on Dec. 4, 2013. Stephen H. Mauldin, president and CEO of CNL Lifestyle Properties, and Joseph Johnson, the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, will provide a high-level overview of CNL Lifestyle Properties to the company’s bond investors.

The Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Leveraged Finance Conference is being held from December 2 to December 4 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Featured speakers include former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner and Bruce Thompson, Bank of America’s chief financial officer.
