Concord, NC (PRWEB) December 04, 2013
ACN Inc., the world’s largest direct seller of telecommunications, energy and other essential services, will host an International Training Event in San Jose, California, December 6-8. The event, while professional in feel, will go well beyond the typical corporate event, providing the more than 18,000 expected Independent Business Owners (IBOs) in attendance with industry-leading training, recognition of the company’s top producers and personal growth opportunities not typically seen in a corporate environment. Events of this type and scale are all part of ACN’s training and support system and are held quarterly in cities throughout the U.S.
“Our International Training Events are an integral part of our business,” said ACN President and Co-Founder Greg Provenzano. “It’s our opportunity to pour everything we have into our IBOs, because at ACN, their success is our success. Training, recognition, support, personal development, priceless networking opportunities – it's all here in this powerful three-day event.”
While participants will receive the best-of-the best in business training and support, what really sets ACN’s events apart is the company’s commitment to leaving the city a little bit better than when they arrived. At each of ACN’s International Training Events, attendees make a donation to the local chapter of The Ronald McDonald House. ACN then matches those contributions dollar for dollar, often resulting in a six-figure donation, and presents a check to the charity on stage at the close of the event. ACN Vice President and Co-Founder, Robert Stevanovski said, “It’s just our way of giving back, a small step in supporting the local community that welcomes us with open arms. If we can provide just one family with a warm meal and a warm bed when they need it most, then we too sleep very well at night.”
The SAP Center will serve as the primary venue for the event. Typically ACN events bring in millions of dollars in direct spending and have a tremendous economic impact on the city in which they are being held, with hotels, restaurants and other venues flooded with ACN’s IBOs. The San Jose International Training event will provide the training and support IBOs need to build and grow businesses of their own while generating millions of dollars in revenue for San Jose and raising significant funds for the local Ronald McDonald House. That's what Provenzano calls a “true win-win!”
