New Year's Resolution Ideas

Most New Year’s resolutions fail because they are not a true commitment to change. Otherwise, why wouldn’t you start today? If you neglect something like your car, you may be able to get another one, but you were only given one body—be good to it.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 12, 2013

“New Year’s Resolutions Ideas that Work” is the latest blog post by Dr. Grant Foster of the Foster Chiropractic clinic in San Diego, California. Dr. Foster has coached and witnessed the improvement of thousands of practice members over the 30 years he has been a doctor of chiropractic. Dr. Foster shares some of the secrets of members who have achieved their goals in his latest blog, titled, “New Year’s Resolution Ideas That Really Work.”

When the San Diego chiropractor was asked why he crafted his latest blog, Dr. Foster said, “At the beginning of a new year, many decide that as of January 1st, they will stop doing that, or start doing this, etc. I have been a chiropractor for 30 years, and I have always found it interesting that January 1st is the ‘chosen day.’ And because we are all so committed to this change of behavior, we often change the date to January 2nd (because the 1st is a holiday, and we all know what most of us like to do on holidays).”

The post goes on to list six important areas that need focus, including proper diet, hydration, sleep, and more. The doctor explains why each of these areas will benefit clients with colorful examples, such as: “Proper diet. Your body makes millions of new cells every day. They are made out of the fuel you provide yourself. Do you want your new body to be made from an apple or a donut?”

Dr. Foster challenges his readers to make the improvements they want in their lives. “Most New Year’s resolutions fail because they are not a true commitment to change. Otherwise, why wouldn’t you start today? How serious could you actually be if you are going to wait a while longer? You’re worth it! If you neglect something like your car, you may be able to get another one, but you were only given one body—be good to it,” continued Dr. Foster.
