Rainier Connect, founded in 1910, offers high-speed internet, cable television, and telephone services to more than 15,000 customers. Its corporate mission is built around community involvement, support and enrichment, and to help propel Rainier Connect into the next generation of technological growth, it needs an efficient, enthusiastic Customer Support Technician who will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Rainier Connect products and services to new and existing customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
