Merkle, a leading customer relationship marketing (CRM) firm and the nation’s largest privately-held agency, announced it has been selected by Eckler Industries, Inc to manage its marketing database through Merkle’s specialty retail solution, IntelliBASE®. Merkle will support all 14 of Eckler Industries’ brands with the connected CRM platform. The relationship is illustrative of Merkle’s focus on serving the unique needs of the specialty retail industry.
