Business Continues to Expand for Region's Leading EAP

KGA, Inc. a Human Resources Consulting firm headquartered in Framingham, is pleased to announce the appointment of Seth Moeller as President of KGA.

“Seth joined KGA in January, 2011, and has been leading the way ever since,” says Kathleen Greer, Founder and Chairman of the firm. “I feel confident that he will take KGA to the next level.”

Seth Moeller came to KGA from Fidelity Investments where he held a leadership position in the Talent Management group. Prior to working at Fidelity, he held a number of leadership positions in consulting and Human Resources Development. Since January, 2011, Seth has been Vice President of KGA Client Services, responsible for new EAP business development, account management, HR services, and Wellness programs.

“I was attracted to KGA because it is a mission-driven business. By being proactive and available 24/7, we actually save lives, and help thousands of employees get back on the right foot, “ says Moeller. “We focus on helping managers, as well, since managers are the eyes and ears of the workplace.”

KGA is the region’s leading Employee Assistance Program, serving over 100 client organizations with EAPs, Wellness, and other Human Resources Solutions. KGA’s counseling service is a key component of the company’s Employee Assistance Programs, which help employees reduce stress and address work life issues. As a stand-alone, high-touch EAP, KGA helps individuals and organizations resolve problems early while getting to the root cause of the challenges.

Standalone EAPs are gaining in popularity because they help companies create strong foundations for their wellness programs, providing emotional support to employees and family members who are struggling with modifiable health risk behaviors.

“KGA has grown over the years, serving more than 250,000 employees and family members each year,” says Kathleen Greer. “Expanding our leadership team makes perfect sense in light of our ongoing growth.”

In her new position as Founder and Chairman, Greer will continue to build KGA through sales and acquisitions. KGA is recognized as a workplace of choice, winning awards for Best Places to Work and Top Women-Led Businesses, as well as the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Workplace Flexibility.

Founded in 1982, KGA provides customized Employee Assistance Programs and HR Solutions to more than 100 companies across a wide range of industries. For further information, contact KGA at info(at)kgreer(dot)com.
