This is a very sad case for the child as she is away from both of her parents. The case is even harder because it is abroad
(PRWEB UK) 1 February 2013
According to the report Naomi Button, the mother of missing 5 year old schoolgirl Elsa Salama has appealed to the paternal family of her daughter to give her back. The girl was taken by the family when she and her parents visited them in Sharm El Sheikh on 27th December, 2011. Tamer Salama, her 35 year old Egyptian born estranged husband is jailed in England for refusing to comply with court orders to return their daughter to her mother. The High Court has allowed Ms Button to launch a worldwide appeal for the return of her daughter. This includes permission to use the media.
Private Detective has dealt with cases like this before but in this particular case the child is with neither her mother nor father. After sentencing Tamer Salama to a further 12 months for contempt of court last week at the High Court in London (case number FD12P00013), Judge Mr Justice Cobb said Elsa was being deprived of the "love and care" of her mother.
"I am satisfied that her father has it in his power to achieve the restoration of her relationship," he added.
The Egyptian police are doing all that they can as is the Foreign and Commonwealth Office along with the UK Police.
A spokesperson from London Private Investigator said:
“This is a very sad case for the child as she is away from both of her parents. The case is even harder because it is abroad. We can locate missing loved ones with our missing person service."
