Canapés and starters including East Lodge home smoked Scottish salmon served with caviar and chives, roasted West coast scallops, salt celeriac with aptly named sweetheart cabbage, and Indian spiced tit bits, start off a taster menu full of surprises,' says David. 'There is then either the choice of roasted best end of Peak District lamb or caramelised breast of Goosnargh duckling as a succulent main course.'
