The 3rd annual BLOG YOUR HEART OUT campaign uses the power of social media to encourage women to GO RED throughout February for National Heart Month.

fitlosophy inc., the Orange County, California-based fitness-minded company is pleased to support the American Heart Association for the third year by sponsoring a 4-week BLOG YOUR HEART OUT campaign. The campaign is designed to create awareness and to encourage people to use their networks to spREaD the word about heart disease and get women to GO RED. This silent-killer is still the #1 cause of death among women, more than all cancers combined, killing 1 in 3 women every day.

In addition to the company’s founder who will spearhead the campaign, fitlosophy selected four bloggers to share their personal stories in an effort to raise awareness using the viral power of social media methods such as blogs, Twitter, and Facebook.
