LINAK presents new options for leisure beds

This year, visitors at Stockholm Furniture Fair will be introduced to a leisure bed filled with new products from LINAK. The bed is for instance fitted with the new dual actuator TWINDRIVE TD1 280 SMPS. The advantage of the new dual actuator is the external power supply, which is based on Switch Mode Power Supply technology. The motor is fitted with ZERO technology, which gives it a standby power consumption of only 0.1W. The integrated light under the bed is also a new feature in the TWINDRIVE, which gives discrete, practical lighting if the user needs to get up during the night. Furthermore the SMPS technology means an improved speed level, and it also ensures a more pleasant noise level.

New hand control with focus on design
Besides the greener motor, LINAK also brings a new hand control, where design has been a top priority. LINAK focused on ensuring that the hand control has an aesthetic design, without compromising the functionality. According to one of LINAK’s customers it is a wise move of the Danish manufacturer to consider design in their hand controls.

At the Stockholm Furniture Fair LINAK will also present an App for comfort beds called Bed Control. The app is compatible with Apple devices, and makes it possible to use e.g. your iPad as a hand control for the complete bed. LINAK sees great potential for customers to develop their own customised apps, which are tailored for their brands and beds.

The new products will be displayed on LINAK’s stand, A33:36, at Stockholm Furniture Fair from February 5th-9th.
