Eagle Valley Realty, a real estate agency that operates in the Vail area of Colorado, recently sold two upscale properties in Lake Creek for a combined total of over $6 million. The Blue Moon Ranch and the Jackman Ranch Rode home are two of the finest properties in Lake Creek, each with unique, top of the line features and breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery.

A unique property in Lake Creek, commonly known as “The Blue Moon Ranch” listed by Eagle Valley Realty sold for over $3.6M. The property’s main features include water rights to Lake Creek, which runs through the entire 4.7 acre parcel, a stocked trout pond as well as being surrounded by over ten acres of undeveloped land and gorgeous views of the creek and two distant mountain ranges.

Eagle Valley Realty also sold a Jackman Ranch residence located on five acres of land in Lake Creek. This exceptional home features spectacular views of the New York mountain range and is surrounded by open space. With top of the line finishes this five bedroom, seven bath, three-car garage home with a water fall feature was originally listed for $3.3M Eagle Valley Realty’s buyer purchased this home for $2.5M, which is an absolutely incredible value.

Although the market is on the rebound and prices are escalating, Eagle Valley Realty was able to negotiate the Jackman Ranch property sale for 25% less than the seller paid for in 2005, which was two years before the market peak.
