Milliken & Company Wins 2nd Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Milliken & Company has won judgment in a patent infringement lawsuit involving Wujiang Xindian Fabric Innerducts Co., Ltd.

The Suzhou Intermediate People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China recently issued a Civil Judgment on (2012) Suzhongzhiminchuzi No. 0305 Case whereby Wujiang Xindian Fabric Innerducts Co., Ltd., manufactured and sold innerduct made of fabric that infringed upon the patent to which Milliken has exclusive right in China. In the ruling, the court ordered the infringer to cease manufacturing, offering to sell, or selling infringing products, and ordered the infringer to pay significant damages to Milliken. This is the second time that Milliken has been successful in defending this intellectual property.
