Today, Brooke Howell joins Reputation Capital Media as their new Director of Client Services.

Howell is passionate about her customers and content marketing. “Quality content marketing starts with a commitment to sharing credible information with prospects and customers,” Howell says.

Brooke Howell has served as the small business and entrepreneurship editor of SmartBrief, where she also served as the lead editor for newsletters on women’s business leadership, franchising, insurance, wholesale distribution, the automotive aftermarket and the law.

Howell has also worked for UCG as an editor on its Home Health Line newsletter, as an assistant research editor at AARP The Magazine and as a freelance reporter for publications including The Washington Post.

At Reputation Capital, Howell will help clients refine their marketing strategy and create industry-leading content to engage target customers. She will be based in Washington, DC.

Howell has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.
