ProOnGo, the leader in small business expense reports, today announced the ability to auto-match credit card expenses from over 18,000 financial institutions to receipt images uploaded via the ProOnGo web app. The new capability eliminates the need to search for and open individual transactions to add receipt attachments manually, and is especially powerful when paired with ProOnGo’s auto-categorization capability.

In the ProOnGo web app, users will notice the ability to authenticate to any of the supported financial institutions, including multi-factor authentication when required. As transactions arrive from the authenticated financial institution, and as users upload their receipt images, the matching process begins automatically. “Our compatibility with over 18,000 financial institutions puts the power of auto-matching in the hands of the vast majority of small businesses and further reduces the overhead of expense reporting,” says ProOnGo CEO Phillip Leslie, “We’re pleased to take this important step to empower small business owners and employees to get back to value-generating activities faster.”

  • Transaction sync from any of over 18,000 financial institutions
  • Secure financial institution connections including multifactor authentication

  • Ability to view matched transactions via the ProOnGo Expense web and mobile apps

Credit card expenses filed using the auto-match capability can be included in a wide variety of report formats, including QuickBooks®, virtually any customized Excel-based expense report template (http://www.ProOnGo.com/excel), and the reports generated using ProOnGo’s built-in expense approval workflow.
