With a collection of recipes, stories, and facts, Tefferi brings Ethiopian cuisine into home kitchens with a fresh and exciting narrative. The special exhibit at the African American Museum will tell the story of how Ethiopian cooking traditions have been passed down through many generations and continues to be used today.
