Montgomery, a retired Lieutenant Colonel,has held multiple C-Level positions within the Army Medical Department and is currently a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant within the Center for Innovation at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Va. Throughout his career Montgomery has built over 20 models to help maximize efficiencies in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and his most recent patient flow optimization work with a ProModel solution has led to a more valuable balance between admissions and capacity at Carilion. Montgomery is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality.
In addition to Montgomery’s presentation at the SHS Conference, ProModel will also have an information kiosk set up for attendees to learn more about predictive analytic simulation within the Healthcare Industry.
