Prior to becoming a full-time member of the Strauss Media team, Martinez worked as a Washington Correspondent for the Talk Radio News Service (TRNS) in Washington, D.C. While at TRNS, Benny covered House and Senate leadership, congressional hearings, and served as an on-air talent, offering daily political analysis to several local and syndicated radio shows across the country. More recently, Martinez worked as a White House pool reporter and traveled across the country covering the 2012 presidential election, reporting from each of the 2012 presidential and vice-presidential debates.
