Salt Lake Community College has opened a Health Sciences Assessment Center. Located in the Health Sciences Center on the College’s Jordan campus, the new assessment center is equipped with 175 computers and four exam rooms. The center also contains a designated area for students who qualify for any special testing accommodations.
This center allows prospective SLCC health sciences candidates to complete their mandatory pre-admission testing. In addition to in-person visits, applicants can now schedule a test online.
The new assessment center is used by the College’s Nursing, Allied Health and Dental Hygiene departmental faculty to provide testing. Students can also use the center to review materials and practice online testing.
Admission applications for all SLCC health sciences programs are available on the Health Sciences Admissions webpage: http://www.slcc.edu/hs/
The pre-admission test fee for all applicants is $85.00; there are additional fees for dental hygiene and advanced placement nursing applicants.
