There are plenty of tourist destinations in the world and America’s very own Park City in Utah is definitely on the list. What started out as a hard-working silver-mining town in the late 1800’s has evolved into a world-famous destination resort. Host to the 2002 Winter Olympics, home of the Sundance Film Festival, Park City welcomes sophisticated visitors who share their love of the outdoors and their support for the arts and for fine living. And as a tribute to the location’s superb dining experience, chef Macey Morris features the city’s renowned restaurants and chefs in her book A Taste of Park City.
In cooperation with the owners and chefs of the many fine restaurants in Park City and its younger neighbor, Deer Valley, Morris’ book presents a wide-array of signature dishes that will lure readers to either visit these restaurants or prepare these meals right in the comfort of their own homes. With Park City chefs’ recipes, along with their presentation photographs, this book is a delectable treat that will stir one’s curiosity and passion for good food, culture and travel.
All of the ingredients in these featured recipes are easily attainable. Morris has provided instructions that can be enjoyed by anyone who loves to cook and eat. A mix of mouth-watering soups, salads, main courses, desserts and many more, A Taste of Park City brings out the best in one’s culinary skill and appreciation for food.
