For nearly half a decade the Global Piracy and Counterfeiting Consultants has been warning US, and global consumers to not buy drugs, or pharmaceuticals on the Internet, unless it can be established the Internet pharmacy is legitimate. The group is saying, "Chinese, and now counterfeit drugs from India are flooding the United States. In our opinion Chinese, and now Indian counterfeit drug sales to US citizens are no longer a multi billion dollar a year business, these are businesses produce tens of billions of dollars per year for the counterfeiters-primarily in China, and we intend to make business much more difficult for these counterfeiters. For starters, if the US Postal service would do a slightly better job of screening what appears to be business envelope sized packages from China, or India we could probably curtail delivery of Chinese, or Indian counterfeit drugs to US citizens by 75%, almost instantly. If the US Postal Service, the US Department of Homeland Security are interested we would be more than happy to show them all of the various types of packaging we are aware of-again all sent via the US mail from China, or to a lesser degree from India." http://GP-CC.Com
The Global Piracy and Counterfeiting Consultants is also warning all US, and European pharmaceutical makers that their anti counterfeiting efforts at this point are a pathetic joke, and they warn at some point a batch of super poisonous counterfeit Viagra, Cialis, Xanax, or an extremely popular medication will hit the US, as counterfeits, and in the resulting mayhem the brand name value of the drug will become worthless. The group is also warning household name pharmaceutical companies, that because they have done such a poor job protecting their brands from counterfeiters, these companies have put their shareholders investment at risk. http://GP-CC.Com
The Global Piracy and Counterfeiting Consultants says, "We are now demanding the US government get serious about Chinese, and to a lesser degree Indian counterfeiters simply mailing their counterfeit drugs to the US. If the US Postal Service would like our assistance, we will be more than happy to train all of their inspectors, or inspectors at US postal hubs for international mail. At the same time we would like to offer our services to US Immigration Customs Enforcement to do focused control buys, so the purchases can be traced to US, and international banks that are aiding and abetting these illegal operations. Like we said, counterfeit drugs being mailed into the US is a multi billion dollar a year business, and it is time to shut it down." http://GP-CC.Com
