Edina Realty short sale agent Kris Lindahl hosted a resources seminar in Becker, MN on Sunday afternoon. The seminar saw full attendance. Lindahl took the majority of time at the seminar to show what resources are available to homeowners during the short sale process that would effectively alleviate stress.

One of the resources Lindahl covered was his own short sale calculator website that allows homeowners to check eligibility for the process by entering a few pieces of information.
