Birkenfeld, Oregon (PRWEB) February 06, 2013

There are a lot of rumblings about Riverbend202 producing another Birkfest this year. The venue usually hosts a motorcycle event, Run 21, on the third week of July. This year the Abate Chapter is moving this event to another location so that weekend is prime and it is now available. This could not be a better time for Birkfest to emerge again. With the Northwest being one of the top locations for talented musicians and the fact that Birkfest has many genres of music it is no wonder there is a buzz about town. The genres include Country, Motown, Blues, Rock N Roll, and Funk on a stage with old growth fir, maple, alder, and cedar backdrop. Riverbend202 has been described as having a sedative effect on people with its natural setting, the Nehalem River wrapping around her and the vibes of the music using a professional sound system.

The lineup is in the works with bands wanting return visits and many new ones calling from Austin, Nashville, Detroit, Spokane just to name a few. So let's keep the buzz going and keep that weekend, July 19-21, open for Birkfest 2013.
