Multi-Platform selling has been prevalent on the retail side of the automotive business for several years. Dealers want maximum exposure for their retail inventory so they have been posting cars on various sites simultaneously. As the wholesale side of the industry matures online, dealers are realizing that they should also maximize their exposure with these marketplaces. “Wholesale Max is the tool that will help dealers manage this process and make them more efficient doing it” said Greg Lubrani, Liquid Motors’ Chief Operating Officer.
The service allows the dealer to launch inventory to the major online wholesale auctions simultaneously based on auto launch rules they set. This reduces the amount of manual work the dealer needs to control and gets their inventory to market faster and more efficiently. Additionally, the dealer can use Wholesale Max to launch fresh trades that they do not intend to recondition and retail to the online wholesale marketplaces.
Unlike most other services in the automotive industry for dealers, Wholesale Max is not a fixed subscription price per month. Dealers use the service for free and setup auto-launch rules for their vehicles to the major online wholesale marketplaces based on age of the unit and other vehicle characteristics. The dealer only pays for the service for each vehicle they successfully sell on one of the online wholesale marketplaces.
