Alexandria Industries announced Gordon Knott has joined the company as its new medical market leader. Knott brings decades of experience in vertically integrated component manufacturing sales and complex purchasing to his leadership role. His appointment strengthens the company’s commitment to meeting durable- and electro-medical product manufacturers’ needs for sophisticated component design, manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain services.

In addition to the medical industry, Knott’s industry experience also includes hydraulics and pneumatics, aerospace, and computer electronics applications. Prior to joining Alexandria Industries, he worked most recently at Minnesota-based Mid-Continent Engineering, where he led the company’s expansion into vertical markets, including the medical market, and at Harmony Engineering, where he managed aerospace and electronic component sales.
