Funding from the National Research Council Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program

Northforge Innovations, a provider of expert software consulting and development services, is pleased to announce it has been awarded funding by the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to develop a Software as a Service (SaaS) product through cloud enablement of a proprietary framework.

“We are pleased to receive this funding from NRC IRAP to develop this product as cloud computing is a natural extension of what Northforge has been doing since its inception. Over the years our customers have sought that same expertise to develop products and services that are now helping to power up the cloud,” said Normand Glaude, Product Owner at Northforge. “We envision this product will reach a broader user base all while providing a great cloud user experience.”

Northforge is also part of a select group of certified Parallels APS systems integration partners who develop cloud solutions for distribution on Parallels APS, the most widely used service delivery system in the world. Northforge is demonstrating a cloud solution it has been developing for a globally recognized internet security company in booth #309 at the Parallels Summit this week in Las Vegas.
