As turmoil rages in certain parts of the world and many economies continue to struggle, Canada is still being viewed as a 'safe haven' in terms of real estate and currency. But what effect could these events, happening thousands of kilometres from Canadian soil, have on the real estate market in Ottawa? Patrick Francey plans to share his insight into this very question, as well as touching on the many transportation improvements that are happening in and around the capital region. For anyone who lives or invests in Ottawa, this information could prove critical in the decisions made both in the short and long term.
Richard Dolan will explore The Science of Resilience and show how one can adjust the thought process to roll with the punches and clear any obstacle that stands in the way. Anyone’s level of resilience in life and in real estate investing is sure to benefit from Richard's presentation.
