Cloud Front Group (“CFG”), a leading provider of services tailored to drive business efficiency and financial success to technology firms servicing the Defense and Intelligence communities is pleased to announce the appointment of technology entrepreneur Hugh Njemanze to its Board of Directors. Focused on the incubation of novel, disruptive technologies, CFG offers an array of business services, including corporate baseline analysis to identify and address specific needs and third party performance testing, that are tailored for individual client business efficiency and financial success. In addition, CFG plans to provide partners with a center of excellence environment for “hands on training”, developing best practices and evaluation of product potential and introductions to funding sources. CFG teams with its client technology firms to architect, develop, and bring to market a suite of solutions under the CFG Eternal Viligance product line to comprehensively address complex government requirements.

“We are excited to have Mr. Njemanze as a member of our Board of Directors,” said John S. Mackay, CFG CEO. “His widely acclaimed technical experience, business acumen and strategic relationships coupled with the CFG ‘High Speed, Low Drag’ business model will have a major impact upon bringing important, timely and adoptable technology solutions to bear upon data related problems currently being addressed by various agencies of the US government.”

Mr. Njemanze, a senior engineering and management executive with over 30 years high technology experience, is currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence with the Venture Capital firm of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. His distinguished career also includes the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2010 and service as a founder, CTO, EVP R&D with ArcSight and CTO and EVP R&D with its successor entity following the acquisition of ArcSight by Hewlett Packard. Prior to ArcSight, Mr Njemanze served as the CTO and VP R&D at Verity where he was instrumental in its turn around success story. Earlier in his career, Mr Njemanze served as a Software Architect at Network Innovations and at Apple following Apple’s first software firm acquisition - the purchase of Network Innovations. “I am pleased to have the opportunity to play a role at the CFG supporting the introduction of new and timely solutions for the defense market,” said Mr. Njemanze. “Their unique business model will accelerate a shortening up of the deployment duty cycle of emerging technologies and thus play an important part in addressing many of the government’s most pressing data collection and interpretation issues”.
