Workbooks, a British cloud-based CRM provider, has started 2013 by challenging the status quo for Goldmine users. The company has launched a campaign to encourage Goldmine users to review their in-house legacy CRM solution and consider moving to the cloud.

We have already migrated many Goldmine customers and having seen an increase in those approaching us we decided it was time to offer a lifeline to current Goldmine customers who are looking for a more up to date CRM offering.

Workbooks, a British cloud-based CRM provider, has launched a campaign to encourage Goldmine users to review their in-house legacy CRM solution and consider moving to the cloud.

With the promise of far greater reliability, resilience and security, Workbooks has already successfully migrated a number of Goldmine customers and, as an added incentive to start the New Year, Workbooks is offering free data migration from Goldmine to Workbooks.**

Ian Moyse, Workbooks Sales Director, commented “Goldmine has served its time for many customers who are finding that the solution has limited functionality, a restrictive approach to managing customer information, and involves the unwanted cost and complexity of having to maintain the software and hardware to run the system.“

Diane Fenner from ASK Europe Plc, a Workbooks customer who moved from Goldmine to Workbooks stated, “Having researched a large number of CRM solutions, we made the move from Goldmine to Workbooks in October 2012. Following the training program, in just two weeks we were able to customise Workbooks, export (and clean) our data from Goldmine and import this into Workbooks, train staff and go live.”

Moyse continued, “We have already migrated many Goldmine customers and having seen an increase in those approaching us we decided it was time to offer a lifeline to current Goldmine customers who are looking for a more up to date CRM offering. The Workbooks system is easy to migrate to, intuitive for users to adopt and very affordable for the size of business that Goldmine addresses. For a limited time we are offering to migrate selected Goldmine customers’ data for free.**”

Workbooks is a cloud based CRM founded, supported, developed and hosted in the UK since 2007. Workbooks has recently been growing its partner base, including a number of Goldmine Resellers who wish to expand their product offering to include a cloud based solution that delivers more functionality within a more user friendly interface.

Ian Siebert, Director at CRMonline commented, “When we first came across Workbooks we were immediately impressed with the service they have built. As a prior GoldMine user we have now migrated our own business across to the Workbooks platform, having found GoldMine limited and lacking in functions to support business requirements in today’s business environment and in the future"

** Please contact Workbooks to see if you qualify for a free data migration. Terms and conditions apply.
